During the phone call, the employee mentioned that there would be a ₺400 deduction for the ticket cancellation. I explained that I could not occupy two seats on the same flight and asked why the deduction was being made, but I received a 'due to procedure' response and no further assistance. Subsequently, ₺400 was deducted, and the remaining amount was transferred to my account. I provided feedback requesting a refund of the ₺400 deduction, but I received a negative response.
