Turkish Airlines Rejected My Refund Request for Mistakenly Purchased Ticket
On 17.11.2023, I purchased two flight tickets from Elazig to Ankara under the name Tarik C******** for the same day and time. To cancel one of these tickets, I contacted the GSM number 0552*****44. During the phone call, the employee mentioned that there would be a ₺400 deduction for the ticket cancellation. I explained that I could not occupy two seats on the same flight and asked why the deduction was being made, but I received a 'due to procedure' response and no further assistance. Subsequently, ₺400 was deducted, and the remaining amount was transferred to my account. I provided feedback requesting a refund of the ₺400 deduction, but I received a negative response. I request a review of the phone conversations I had and do not want to be charged due to the mistake of the unhelpful employee. I am requesting a refund of the ₺400 deduction made on my flight ticket with reservation number 'Rrjvvz' and ticket number '2352208468448'. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
