Pegasus Airlines Forced Flight Changes in Rude Manner

Hello. I purchased a ticket for my planned flight from Pegasus Airlines in May. I had flights scheduled for June 6 from Tbilisi to Ankara and June 13 from Istanbul to Tbilisi. Despite requesting my Istanbul departure flight to be redirected to Ankara, the Customer Representative ignored my request and canceled my international flight, changing it to Istanbul-Ankara. They charged an additional ₺940 on top of my ₺2400 ticket without providing any assistance. When I lodged a complaint via email, they claimed to have listened to the call recordings, blamed me for the issue, and refused to address the problem. Despite my request for the call recordings, they never responded. I demand a refund for my international flight ticket. Pegasus Airlines has caused me significant distress and left me stranded without any assistance, despite my payments of ₺2400 + ₺940. They only refunded me ₺241. I urge Pegasus Airlines to rectify this situation by refunding my June 13 international flight ticket.
