Mytrip Extra 200₺ Charged on Pegasus Ticket Purchase
On 31.08.2025 at 14:13, I purchased a Pegasus Airlines ticket through Mytrip with order number 1085-513-777. During the payment process, the total displayed was around 4.600₺ (approximately 4.670₺), and there was no indication that any additional charges would apply. However, after completing the purchase, I noticed on my credit card statement that 4.800₺ had been charged.
If I had known from the start that the actual charge would be higher, I would not have confirmed the transaction. I did not select any extra services, and the payment screen only showed the stated total. When I contacted customer service by phone and provided my reservation number, I was told it was “invalid,” so I received no assistance.
I request that the extra 200₺ wrongly charged be refunded to my account immediately. As a customer, I expect transparent pricing and accurate billing, and I ask that this error be corrected without further delay.
