Is Temu Really Safe to Order

I placed an order on Temu but had to cancel it due to a mistake. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund! This is completely unacceptable. Every time I contact customer service, I get robotic, scripted responses that don’t actually solve anything. No real explanation, no updates—just the same empty promises. Where is my money? A simple refund shouldn’t take this long. Temu needs to improve its customer service and process refunds in a timely manner. I expect a resolution immediately. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you get your refund?
