BeautyPlus Renewed My Subscription Without Permission After It Ended
In May, I purchased a one-month subscription to the BeautyPlus app. However, when my subscription ended in June, the app automatically charged my card again and renewed the subscription, even though I did not make another purchase or give any approval.
In addition, I did not receive any SMS, notification, or alert informing me that money had been charged to my card. I do not understand why the app would purchase a subscription on its own when I did not request or approve it again. I respectfully request that the charged amount be refunded to my card.
