I Still Haven’t Received My Refund from Temu After Canceling My Orders

On March 4, I placed two separate orders on Temu but immediately canceled them because the products were incorrect. Since that very same day, I’ve been waiting for a refund. Temu claims the refund was sent, but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no refund has been received on their end.

It has now been nearly a month, and I’m still left without my money. How can it be this difficult to process a simple refund for canceled orders? Every time I contact customer service, I’m given the same generic responses with no resolution. My patience is wearing thin.

If my refund is not processed immediately, I will be pursuing legal action against Temu. Stop stalling and give me back my money—this is unacceptable.
