Canceled BeautyPlus Trial but Still Billed Annual Subscription
On September 21, I started a one-week free trial on the BeautyPlus app through iOS. During the trial period, I did not use the app at all. The app asked whether I wanted to receive a notification when the trial period ended, and I approved that option.
However, today (October 10, 2025), an annual subscription fee of $23 was charged to my Garanti Bank card. During the free trial, I did not select an annual subscription, and I did not give any approval for such a charge. I also did not receive any notification stating that a subscription would start when the trial ended; I only received a receipt after the payment was already taken.
Immediately after the charge, I canceled the subscription. I request a refund of the charged amount. My order number is MQ5QT66TDD. I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken; otherwise, I would like to state that I will pursue my legal rights.
