Temu Did Not Refund Me After I Canceled My Order
I made an order on Temu on May 28 and canceled it right away. Even though I was informed that the refund was processed, it has now been more than a month and I still haven't seen any money returned. I continuously monitored my account and remained hopeful, yet there was no progress. On June 28, I made another order but canceled it immediately due to the lingering issue with the first refund, which left me feeling quite uneasy. Being left in uncertainty for this extended period regarding something as straightforward as a refund is simply unacceptable. I’m really frustrated with getting the same automated replies that don’t provide any real answers or updates. It’s unacceptable for customers to experience delays with their funds like this. I simply want my refund processed promptly and without any more delays.
