Temu Canceled My Order but Never Refunded Me – No Help from Support

48I have been a regular Temu customer, but this experience has completely changed my trust in the platform. I accidentally placed an incorrect order, and within 20 minutes, I canceled it and expected a refund since I had already paid. However, my refund never arrived.
When I contacted Temu’s customer support, they simply told me, "Your payment has been refunded, contact your bank." But after days of waiting and multiple calls, my bank confirmed that no refund was issued.
This is completely unacceptable! Temu, where is my money? I demand an immediate refund and a proper resolution. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate this issue further. Fix this now!
