Temu Still Hasn’t Refunded Me Two Months After I Canceled My Order Within 5 Minutes

I placed an order on Temu but canceled it within just 5 minutes. It’s now been over two months, and I still haven’t received my refund. I contact customer service nearly every day, and all I get are repetitive, copy-paste responses like “We’ve created a case for you” or “Please wait.” But nothing ever actually happens.

When I check with my bank, they say the refund hasn’t been approved by the merchant. Meanwhile, Temu keeps telling me the issue is “in process,” but they don’t provide any clear updates, solutions, or accountability. I’m stuck in a loop where I’m asking the same questions, and they’re giving me the same empty replies.

This is completely unacceptable. I followed all procedures, canceled in time, and was promised a quick refund. Two months later, I'm still waiting—and worse, they act like my complaint is brand new every time I contact them.

Temu, I demand that you process my refund immediately. Stop stalling, stop sending robotic messages, and start respecting your customers’ time and money. I won’t let this go until my refund is returned in full.
