On October 30, 2025, I downloaded and started using the BeautyPlus app on my iOS device. Before even starting the 3-day free trial, an amount of $23 was charged directly to my account.
In response to this situation, I submitted a complaint through the “Contact Us” section of the BeautyPlus app and also requested a refund through the App Store. However, I have not received any response so far.
This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and I request that the charged amount be refunded to me.
