BeautyPlus Refused Refund for Subscription I Never Approved
Hello. My four-year-old sibling subscribed to the BeautyPlus Premium annual plan without my knowledge, at a price of $7. I became aware of the situation three days ago, when I noticed that money had been charged to my card at 3:46 a.m. on July 8, 2025.
I immediately submitted a refund request through the Play Store, but when I did not receive any response to my first request, I submitted a second request the following day. However, my refund request with ID gpa.3306-2903-2552-42856.0 was rejected after remaining pending for two days.
Why should I pay for a subscription that I did not create myself? It is obvious that I am not using any of the features offered by this subscription. Charging a fee when no service is being used clearly violates the basic principles of consumer agreements. I respectfully request that the necessary refund approval be granted and that the amount rightfully owed to me be refunded to my bank account by BeautyPlus as soon as possible, without causing further inconvenience.
