Teka ABW605S Dishwasher Repair Failure
My Teka ABW605S dishwasher was experiencing issues with its cleaning performance. We got in touch with Teka service in Corlu and met with Hakan Bey. A technician named Mr. Ali was sent to assess the situation and he recommended replacing some parts. He partially replaced the parts and charged us 3000 TL. Unfortunately, the machine's condition worsened. Mr. Ali said he needed to take the machine for further repairs and return it, but he never showed up. We began to suspect that we were being deceived and requested a refund, but still received no response. I made multiple calls over the course of two to three weeks, and every time they promised to come but never did. This frustrating process has dragged on for about 2 months. We are in desperate need of urgent assistance.
