Arçelik 6588 Dishwasher Never Washed Properly - Now the Screen Failed
We bought the Arçelik 6588 dishwasher five years ago from Selçuklu, Konya. From the day we purchased it, the machine has never washed properly. After every wash, glasses and plates come out slightly dirty and stained, and most of the time we have to wash them by hand again. During the warranty period, we called the authorized service three times, but they only put dusty glasses in the machine, claimed they were cleaned, and insisted there was no problem. Adjustments like salt settings were made, but nothing improved. After the warranty expired, the machine’s screen completely stopped working, the buttons no longer respond, and the display does not turn on. I called customer service many times, and each time I was directed to the authorized service. Finally, they demanded ₺1,000 for the display card and ₺1,500 for service and labor, a total of ₺2,500. Unfortunately, although we chose Arçelik as a domestic and reliable brand, we have not been satisfied at all.

By calling customer service, I was told that since the product's warranty period has expired, they would direct me to a paid service and could perform the necessary repair (also charging for parts if replacement is needed). However, there is no solution for the basic washing function. Therefore, I do not want to pay 2500 TL for a machine that does not fulfill its basic function. Believe me, if the Arçelik factory was nearby, I would take it and throw it in front of the factory, that's how disgusted I am.
