Beko Dealer Refused to Cancel My Dishwasher Order or Provide Any Assistance

On January 25, 2025, we purchased a dishwasher from the Edirne Askaraca Beko dealer. We informed the staff that we were extremely busy and urgently needed the machine. They assured us that although the service team does not work on Sundays, the installation would definitely be completed by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. However, no one came on Monday or Tuesday. We waited, but still, no one showed up on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, nor did anyone contact us. On Saturday, we went to the dealer and expressed our dissatisfaction, stating that we no longer wanted the machine and requested a refund. They told us they could not cancel the sale or refund our money. The staff also mentioned that no matter where we filed a complaint, they would not cancel the transaction. When we asked to speak to the owner, they refused to meet with us. The employees’ attitude was extremely unprofessional, making remarks like, "You should have called us; we just sell the product, the rest is not our concern." We felt humiliated despite having paid with our own money. Such a poor attitude and approach are unacceptable for a brand like Beko. Is this large company really dependent on a family’s ₺16,000? Now, we are left with nothing but a receipt. No matter how good the product brand is, the dealer and staff attitude are crucial. I am filing a complaint against the Edirne Askaraca Beko dealer because no one is taking responsibility. They also own stores with other white goods brands, yet they seem to care neither about Beko nor their customers.
