Beko Dishwasher Never-ending Repairs and Service Charges

I called for service when my Beko dishwasher broke down, and they informed me that the motor had burnt out. We waited for two months for the motor to arrive, but when it was finally replaced, the machine still didn't work. They apologized and said there were other issues besides the motor. They dismantled and examined the appliance, fixing all the problems that arose, and we paid for every additional repair, totaling nearly 5,000 TL. The service assured us that everything was now in perfect working order. However, after just one month, my dishwasher started displaying the same error message again. When I contacted the service, they demanded a fee of 490 TL to come and inspect it. I already endured over two months of waiting and had everything repaired. It is unfair to charge me when my machine malfunctions again and to add insult to injury, they claim that charges can be applied due to the repair. This behavior is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Beko. We put our trust in Beko, praising their service and reliability. I feel completely victimized by this situation. Can someone in authority please address this issue? I tried to speak to a responsible person, but the call center was unable to connect me.
