My Teka Dishwasher Racks Are Rusting and Breaking After Two Years

The Teka DW 605 S VR03 dishwasher was provided to us as a built-in unit during home delivery in the Sinpaş Ege Yakası residential complex. For the past two years, the racks have been rusting and the wires have started to break. The rusted areas leave stains on my dishes, and the racks have now become unusable.
The machine is no longer under warranty, and I do not have any invoice or purchase documents.
Serial number: MD16BL07170.
I have not yet contacted Teka’s customer service or authorized service centers regarding this issue.
I kindly request that Teka replace the dishwasher racks free of charge, as this issue appears to be a material or manufacturing defect rather than a user-related problem. I would appreciate it if my grievance could be resolved as soon as possible.
