Volkswagen ID4 Water Leak Problem - Service Refuses Solution

In 2024, I purchased a brand-new Volkswagen ID.4. About one month ago, the vehicle started to have a water leakage problem into the interior. I took the car to the service, but despite my application, no serious solution was offered for the problem and I noticed that no actual work was carried out on the vehicle. Throughout this process, the level of after-sales support was very poor. I was told to leave the vehicle at the service for 15 days, yet they clearly stated that they would not provide a replacement vehicle during this period, even though the car would be unusable for me. When we decided to pursue the matter through legal channels, I was also exposed to unprofessional comments such as “look what you are doing for a car,” which made me feel both disrespected and dissatisfied. Due to this negative experience and the lack of an effective solution, we were forced to take the issue to court. I would like this process to be reviewed, my vehicle’s water leakage problem to be definitively resolved, and the necessary steps to be taken regarding the unprofessional attitude I encountered. My experience with this dealer has unfortunately been very negative, and I believe those considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer should be especially cautious about after-sales service.
