Tashan Win Withdrawal Marked Completed But Not Received

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a withdrawal on the Tashan Win platform. On 5 March, I initiated a withdrawal of 2,100 to my Airtel Payments Bank account. In the app, this transaction is shown as “completed,” and the order number for this withdrawal is WD2026030510532946616416a. However, despite the status showing as completed, the amount has not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account. This is the first time I have faced such an issue with Tashan Win, and so far I have not received my 2,100, nor have I contacted support before this complaint. I am concerned that the money is stuck somewhere between Tashan Win and Airtel Payments Bank even though your system marks it as completed. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and that the 2,100 be either immediately credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account or resolved in a clear and timely manner. I also expect an explanation of why the withdrawal was marked as completed when the amount did not actually reach my bank account, and I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
