Thank you very much for your communication process that lasted 4 days, your diligent search for solutions, and your feedback during the mentioned processes. It made me very happy to see that you are always there for your customer.

I've been using the Teka DW 605S VR01 semi-integrated dishwasher for two years, and now it's starting to rust a lot in both the lower and upper racks. This problem is happening in more than half of the dishwashers installed in our 350-unit complex. I've tried different dishwasher brands and models in the past, but I've never had this issue before. It's definitely a problem with Teka's manufacturing. The rusting started right after the warranty ended, which clearly shows that there was a problem with Teka's production. I'm worried about the possible health dangers for my twins and us because of this rusting. When I asked for a replacement because of health concerns, the service asked for a ridiculously high amount of 5000 lira for two racks, which is way more than any other brand would charge. I hope Teka fixes this strange and concerning problem quickly.
