My Teka Dishwasher Racks Are Rusting After Just a Few Years

I have been using my Teka DW1 605 FI VR02 dishwasher for several years. For about the past four years, I have been experiencing serious rusting and corrosion problems on the racks. This issue not only concerns me from a hygiene standpoint but also causes rust stains on my glasses and dishes. Many people around me also use dishwashers, yet this issue seems to be affecting only my unit and a few of my neighbors’ Teka machines. One of my neighbors contacted Teka’s authorized service center and was told that the replacement racks would cost around $71 (₺3,000). I do not believe this is a user-related issue, as it appears to be a widespread manufacturing problem, and I do not think customers should have to pay for it. Although my dishwasher’s warranty period has expired, I cannot accept that the racks have deteriorated so badly in such a short time. I live in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, and I kindly request that my problem be resolved and that the dishwasher racks be replaced free of charge.

You are telling me that you can offer a solution by charging a fee for an exchange. This rust is not due to customer use, it is a manufacturing defect of your brand. It doesn't matter, don't replace it, I'll buy a new machine, but I won't let anyone buy this brand. As seen in the pictures, you are putting my family's health at risk.
