Franke Dishwasher Racks Keep Rusting Despite Proper Use

I have been using my Franke FDWS 612 D dishwasher for about five years, and I’m extremely disappointed with its durability. After only two years of use, severe rusting began on both the upper and lower racks, and over time they have become completely corroded.
In addition, the lower spray arm keeps detaching, which causes problems during every wash cycle. The machine came as part of my built-in kitchen set when I bought my new home, so I no longer have the purchase invoice. The warranty period has expired, and I have not yet contacted Franke’s customer service or authorized service center. The dishwasher originally cost around 2 k.
I am requesting that Franke replace the rusted racks free of charge and fix the lower spray arm issue as a goodwill gesture. These kinds of serious defects should not occur in a product from a premium brand like Franke, even after several years of normal use.
I kindly ask that my issues be resolved promptly and that a permanent solution be provided.
