I have been experiencing a serious problem with BDG Online Game regarding a deposit I made through their website. On 05/02/2026, I deposited 10,000 using the QR code provided on the BDG Games website. Although the payment was successfully made from my side, the 10,000 has still not been credited to my game account, even though one month has passed. During this period I contacted BDG Games customer support several times and each time I received the same response, simply telling me to “please wait,” without providing any concrete solution, explanation, or time frame. This situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress, as a large amount of money is effectively stuck without any clear action from the company. I request that BDG Games immediately credits the 10,000 to my game account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction so that similar issues do not occur again.
