Hint App Unauthorized Charges 29€ After 0.50€ Drawing Offer

I am writing regarding unauthorized and misleading charges taken by Hint App after I responded to an offer for a drawing. At the end of February, I agreed to what was presented as a very small, low‑risk payment of around 0.50 euros for a picture, which I never received. Despite not joining any ongoing service and not getting the promised drawing, I was charged multiple times, including an additional 29 euros, bringing the total to around 30 euros, without any valid explanation or consent on my side. These payments were taken via Google Pay while I am in Portugal. After noticing the extra charges, I tried to contact Hint App to complain and sent proof, but I only received automated, repetitive responses stating that they could not track my email or payment and asking again for details, instead of actually investigating or resolving the issue. It is extremely frustrating that they were able to find my details to charge me but then claim they cannot locate my account when I dispute the payment. I did not receive the drawing I was promised, I did not agree to any further paid service, and there is no justification for the 29‑euro debit. I request a full refund of the total amount of approximately 30 euros that has been taken from my account and confirmation that no further charges will be made to my Google Pay or any associated payment method.
