Adidas Tracksuit Sent For Exchange Missing - No Response From Store
On 29.03.2025, I purchased an Adidas tracksuit bottom from Kaptanspor in Malatya Park AVM. After a short time of use, I experienced problems such as yarn pulling and pilling on the product, so I sent it to the store for exchange with record number T25503535. Despite this, I have not been provided with any solution or clear information for about a year. Each time I went to the store, I was told that the product could not be found and that the matter would be reported to the relevant people, but I never received any feedback. At my last visit, my product was not delivered to me, and now they do not answer my calls or messages, so I do not have either my money or my product. I request that my missing Adidas tracksuit bottom be immediately found and delivered to me, or that it be replaced with another Adidas tracksuit bottom without causing further loss of time, and that I be informed clearly about the process.
I am stating, as a complaint on Xolvie, that the lower tracksuit I handed over at the adidas store has not been returned for a year, that despite repeatedly contacting the store and customer service, no solution has been found, and my request for an exchange has still not been fulfilled.
