• State clearly:

– They should be covered under warranty
• Provide:
– Model & serial number
– Purchase date
– Photos of rust
• Ask them to:
– Replace the rusted racks for free
– Provide a service appointment or parts shipment
If they ask for extra proof;
• Include purchase receipt photo
• If bought from a retailer, include order number
