I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent shipment and the inadequate customer service I received from Sürat Kargo.
On May 21, 2024, I made an online purchase, and my package was sent to the Dilovası Sürat Kargo branch. However, the package was never delivered to my address. Upon contacting the branch, I was informed that they do not deliver to my area.
On the same day, I called the Sürat Kargo Complaint Hotline to explain my situation and inquire whether delivery services were available to my address. I was assured that delivery services were indeed available to my location. Despite multiple complaint records, I received no feedback, and eventually, my package was returned.
My complaint concerns the following issues:
Misinformation: There were conflicting statements from the Dilovası branch and the Complaint Hotline.
Lack of Communication: I received no feedback regarding my complaint records.
Service Deficiency: My package was not delivered to the designated address, and no solution was offered.
My shipment tracking number is 10112402522004. This situation highlights a significant shortcoming in Sürat Kargo's commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality. Your company should provide accurate information and fulfill its service promises.
I request that my grievance be addressed, my package delivered to me as soon as possible, and necessary measures taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a written explanation regarding this matter.
