Sürat Kargo Lost My Package and Failed to Provide Any Resolution or Feedback
On November 10, 2024, at 17:04, my package was marked as delivered to my workplace by Sürat Kargo. Since it was a Sunday and my workplace was closed, I could not receive the package. Assuming it would be delivered on Monday, I waited, but it did not arrive. On Tuesday, I visited the courier company, and they assured me they would follow up, but no response was provided. On Wednesday, I went to the cargo office again, and the courier admitted they could not recall where the package had been left but promised to locate it and update me. Today is Thursday, and I still have not received any feedback or resolution. This lack of communication and accountability has caused me considerable inconvenience. I urgently request that my issue be addressed and resolved without further delay.
