Sürat Kargo Refused to Deliver My Trendyol Order Despite Sending Delivery Confirmation
The order I placed on Trendyol on September 14, 2024, was handed over to Sürat Kargo’s Mardin Nusaybin branch for home delivery on September 17. The delivery date for the shipment with tracking number 19438251141080 was September 20. On September 23, Sürat Kargo sent a message at 14:00 saying, "Your package is out for delivery." I waited all day, but the package never arrived. I called the Gölbaşı branch multiple times, but they never answered. I contacted customer service, and they told me the package had been sent out for delivery again and would arrive by the end of the day. I had no choice but to go to the Gölbaşı branch. The package had never gone out for delivery, not on the previous day or the current one; it was sitting at the branch. The person claiming to be the store manager, instead of apologizing, tried to blame me, saying, "We don’t deliver to your address, Güvencem site. You need to come and pick it up. I’ve been working at this branch for 4 years, and we’ve never delivered to Güvencem site. You know this." I asked, "Why do you accept a package you won’t deliver?" He replied, "That’s the problem of the branch that accepted it." I showed him the SMS from their own company, confirming home delivery, and he said, "We follow a different procedure." I am determined never to use Sürat Kargo again, and I have no expectations regarding the outcome of my complaint.
