My Package Not Delivered Despite Promise - No Customer Support
Although my shipment with tracking number 15066204218131 was dispatched on Wednesday, I received a message on Friday stating that it “could not be delivered.” When I called the Branch today (Monday), I was told that my package would definitely be delivered within the day and no later than 19:00. Because of this, I stayed home the entire day waiting for the delivery. However, it is now 18:37, and my package has still not been delivered. Since Sürat Kargo customer service does not operate after 18:00, I am unable to reach any representative. I experience these issues frequently with Sürat Kargo and have to file a complaint every time. As I am returning to work tomorrow, I must receive my package today, and this situation is causing significant inconvenience. I urgently request a resolution.
