Sürat Kargo Delayed My Package at the Transfer and Ignored Customer Service Calls
I sent a package with Sürat Kargo, but it's been sitting at the Esenyurt transfer centre for two days now, and I haven't heard anything about it. They said the delivery would be around November 13, 2024, but there hasn't been any movement on that front. Every time I call customer service for help, I end up just listening to hold music and never actually get to talk to anyone. It's really surprising that there's such a poor level of accountability and communication in a company that's responsible for people's important belongings. I hope my package arrives on time, and I really think Sürat Kargo should work on their customer service so people don't feel ignored. This situation has been really frustrating and not what I expected.
The 7-day period ends on Monday, and I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Transportation. Then you'll see who is making whom listen to music on the phone.
