I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with a Telecel mobile money withdrawal that has still not been resolved.
About four days ago, I initiated a withdrawal of 820 Ghana cedis from my Telecel mobile money wallet linked to the number 02042610** in order to cash out funds from the website 1win.com.
The withdrawal status remained pending for several days. As a result, today I canceled the transaction and attempted the withdrawal again through 1win.com.
Despite this, the issue remains unresolved, and I have still not received my funds as expected.
I have not been able to get assistance from customer service or visit a Telecel office, and I am increasingly concerned about the delay and the possibility of losing my money.
I respectfully request that Telecel urgently return the full amount of 820 Ghana cedis to my mobile money wallet linked to 02042610** and provide a clear explanation as to why the withdrawal related to 1win.com remained pending for such an extended period.
