Haier Washer Door Seal Came Off After Repair – Poor Service Workmanship

I have been using a Haier brand washing machine since May 2025.

In October 2025, the rubber door seal (gasket) tore, and the authorized service provider G****** Soğutma Van (A******* G******), operating in Tuşba, Van, claimed it was user error without conducting any inspection. Despite this, the gasket was replaced.

Approximately 4–5 months after the replacement, the rubber gasket came loose while the machine was running.

When we reported this issue to the same authorized service and customer support, they again claimed it was user error without inspecting the machine.

We do not believe it is reasonable for a properly installed and secure gasket to come off on its own while the machine is operating.

We believe this issue is the result of faulty workmanship by the authorized service during the initial gasket replacement.

Since the product is still under warranty, I request that this issue be resolved and that the authorized service provider G****** Soğutma Van correct their own mistake free of charge.
