FamPay Autopay Charged ₹500 by Mistake – Request Refund

Today, on March 17, 2026, at approximately 9:58 AM, ₹500 was deducted from my FamPay wallet as an autopay charge processed by “Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.” for a game called “luv.”
I mistakenly accepted this autopay and did not intend for this payment to go through.
As soon as I noticed the deduction, I immediately canceled the autopay for this game.
However, despite canceling it right away, the ₹500 has already been deducted from my FamPay wallet.
I have tried to contact FamPay regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far.
Since this payment was made by mistake due to an unintentionally accepted autopay, I kindly request a full refund of ₹500 back to my FamPay wallet and confirmation that no further charges will be made for this game in the future.
