Unauthorized Maya Wallet Charges From Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited

I am writing to report unauthorized deductions made from my Maya account in connection with Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited and to request a full investigation and refund.

On March 17, 2026, two separate charges of PHP 250 each were deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent. In addition, a payment of PHP 220.00 was made to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited using my Maya Wallet.

One of the transaction details from Maya states: “You paid PHP 250 at Alipay+. Your balance is PHP 1,079. REMINDER: Never open links sent via text. Ref. No. 1d9c8f68ec78.”

Another transaction is recorded as: “Success! You paid PHP 220.00 to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited with Ref. No. 2026031719074101000490025167215 using Maya Wallet.”

I did not subscribe to any service, did not authorize these payments, and did not knowingly approve any transactions to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited or through Alipay+ for these amounts.

I have attempted to get a response regarding these unauthorized deductions but have not received any reply so far.

These transactions are concerning because they were processed without my permission and have reduced my available balance for legitimate use.

I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges made on March 17, 2026 related to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited and Alipay+, as well as a thorough investigation into how these payments were processed without my consent.

I also request that any active or hidden subscriptions or payment authorizations connected to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited be canceled immediately and that measures be taken to prevent any future unauthorized deductions from my Maya account.
