I called İş Bankası Nays, and they told me that refunds for transactions made through institutions must be processed by the institution itself, not the bank. I don’t understand this — the bank refers me to Superprof, while Superprof directs me back to the bank. So where is my money?
I just want the payment for the canceled lesson to be refunded as soon as possible.
