Unable to Obtain E-Invoice for Future SunExpress Flight Due to Poor Customer Support

Today, I tried to generate an e-invoice for my future flight with SunExpress to submit to an official institution. Despite my repeated efforts, I was unable to contact customer service for assistance.

I spent an entire day—over 10 hours—trying to reach a representative, only to be met with endless automated responses claiming "high call volume." This excuse is far from convincing for such an extended delay. No one reached out to resolve my issue or provide guidance.

As a paying customer, I expect timely and professional support for simple requests like obtaining an e-invoice. SunExpress must immediately address this lack of customer service and assist me in generating the required e-invoice.
