SunExpress Membership Update Issue: No Response for 18 Days
I have been waiting for 18 days for SunExpress to address an issue regarding my membership system and information updates, including adding flights. Despite opening a support ticket, I have not received any response from their website or customer service.
Customer service over the phone repeatedly cites high volume as the reason for the delay and does not address the issue. My account information is incorrect, and I am unable to update my flight details. Online updates are not permitted, and customer service has not provided a solution. This ongoing problem is extremely frustrating and needs immediate resolution.
