I Can’t Book Tickets on SunExpress Website or App Due to Ongoing Technical Errors

For days now, I haven’t been able to search or book tickets through SunExpress.com—the website simply doesn’t work. Every time I try to check flights, it gives me the same error message: “An unexpected error occurred.” I thought this might be a temporary glitch, but the issue has been ongoing and unresolved.

I also tried the SunExpress mobile app, and unfortunately, it has the exact same problem. I receive error messages before I can complete even a simple search. This is extremely frustrating, especially in 2025 when functioning digital platforms should be a basic expectation for any airline.

I attempted to contact customer support at 444 0797, but the line always says all representatives are busy and then hangs up. There is no option to leave a message, no callback, nothing. It’s as if SunExpress has shut down its support channels altogether.

Are you trying to sell tickets or not? I’m seriously questioning your commitment to customer service. I urge SunExpress to immediately restore full website and app functionality, and to make your customer service accessible again. This level of technical failure and unresponsiveness is unacceptable for any company, let alone an airline.
