SunExpress Airlines Ticket Invoiced to Wrong Name – No Help from Customer Service

I recently purchased a ticket from SunExpress Airlines and filled out all necessary fields to invoice it under my company’s name. However, due to an error during the transaction, the ticket was issued in my personal name instead. Now, I’m unable to invoice this ticket to my company, causing a significant inconvenience.

For the past 10 days, I’ve repeatedly contacted customer service, creating support tickets as they suggested, but there has been absolutely no response. All I need is a simple name change on the invoice. Unfortunately, their customer service has been unhelpful and has not provided any solution. This lack of support is unacceptable. SunExpress has lost my trust, and I won’t be using their services again.
