SunExpress Website Error Prevents Online Check-In, No Resolution Provided
For days, I’ve been trying to check in for my flight through the SunExpress website, but the system keeps showing an error and won’t allow me to log in. After reading reviews on this issue, I’ve noticed many similar complaints.
This situation makes me wonder if it’s a deliberate tactic to charge passengers additional fees for check-in at the airport. If this issue isn’t resolved before my flight, I will refuse to pay any extra charges at the airport.
I demand SunExpress address this problem immediately and fix the website so passengers can check in without unnecessary hassle or costs. Proper service is expected, and this ongoing issue needs to be resolved promptly.
