I Get “Element Not Found” Error While Trying to Check in for My SunExpress Flight

I’m flying with SunExpress, and my flight is less than 24 hours away. I’ve been trying to check in online, both through their official website and mobile app. However, every time I enter my correct passenger details, I receive an “Element Not Found” error. This issue has been persistent, and no matter how many times I refresh or retry, I can’t complete my check-in.

This is unacceptable, especially when the airline expects passengers to use online check-in to avoid airport fees. I’ve done everything right, and yet I’m being blocked from completing a basic task. There is no clear help or support section addressing this issue, and no one from SunExpress has responded to my urgent need.

With my departure approaching fast, I’m frustrated, anxious, and left without a solution. I expect this error to be resolved immediately and demand assurance that I won’t be forced to pay extra for airport check-in due to a technical fault on SunExpress’s part. Passengers should not be penalized for issues caused by the airline’s broken system. Please fix this now and ensure I can complete my check-in without further delay.
