I Can’t Check In for My SunExpress Flight Online-Session_Handle Error



I’ve been trying to check in for my SunExpress flight through both the app and website, but I keep getting error messages. No matter how many times I try, the system simply doesn’t work. I called the customer service center hoping to get help, but they were completely unhelpful and provided no solution at all.
All they told me was to go to the airport and do the check-in from the counter—two hours before the flight. That’s not a solution; it’s just passing the problem onto the customer. Why offer an online check-in option if it doesn’t work?
This lack of care and responsibility is unacceptable. SunExpress must fix this ongoing issue immediately and provide passengers with working online services and real support. We shouldn’t be forced to waste time and stress over something so basic.
