Sunexpress Refused My Tax Refund Claim for a Flight I Did Not Attend

I purchased a ticket for Sunexpress flight XQ9091 on July 21, 2024, under PNR: AQB6F2 but was unable to attend due to personal reasons. When I requested a tax refund for the flight I didn’t board, I was falsely informed that I had attended the flight. This is completely untrue, and I have proof to show I was not on that flight at the time of departure.

I contacted Sunexpress regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I am requesting that Sunexpress thoroughly investigate the matter and provide me with the tax refund I am rightfully owed. Please resolve this issue promptly to rectify the inconvenience caused.
