SunExpress Ticket Not Issued After Payment for Ercan-İzmir Flight

On December 4, 2024, I attempted to purchase a ticket for SunExpress flight Ercan to Izmir, scheduled for December 9, 2024, at 11:15 PM. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but I never received the ticket. This is unacceptable, especially as the flight date is approaching, and I am left without a confirmed booking.
I urgently need this issue resolved. Either the ticket should be issued immediately, or a full refund must be processed without further delay. I expect SunExpress to take prompt action and provide clarity on why this occurred. Please address this matter at the earliest to avoid further inconvenience.
