Flight Delay, Lack of Communication, and Refund Request — Flight XQ7614 from Antalya on October 24, 2025
On October 24, 2025, I traveled on SunExpress flight XQ7614, which was scheduled to depart from Antalya Airport at 9:40 AM. However, the flight was delayed for a considerable period, and no announcement or information was provided to passengers regarding the delay.
When I tried to get information and speak to an authorized staff member, the employees present — who appeared to be airport or airline staff — said things like, “We don’t work here,” or “The supervisor is dealing with another passenger right now.” As a result, I was unable to reach anyone in charge or receive any explanation about the delay.
This lack of communication and poor attitude made me feel ignored and undervalued as a passenger. It is extremely disappointing to experience such low service quality from a well-established airline like SunExpress.
Due to the failure to inform passengers during the delay and the lack of proper communication, I am requesting a full refund of my ticket.
I ask that this matter be investigated, that the relevant staff be informed, and that I receive a written response regarding my refund request.
