SunExpress Airlines Took My Payment but Failed to Issue My Ticket After an Error

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding a transaction I made on December 4, 2024. After completing the payment step for my SunExpress Airlines ticket purchase, I received an error notification on the screen stating, "There was an error in the payment record". Despite this, the amount was deducted from my bank account, and the transaction was processed from the provisional status to a normal payment. For your reference, the transaction details are as follows: Order ID: TXN041224N4748226 Bank Provision Number: 026264 I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the payment has been successfully transferred to your account. However, I have yet to receive my ticket, and no resolution has been provided on your part. This situation is unacceptable and constitutes a violation of consumer rights. By accepting the payment without issuing the ticket, your company has created an unfair gain. If this issue is not resolved immediately and my funds are not refunded or my ticket is not issued, I will have no choice but to take all necessary legal actions. Additionally, I will not hesitate to share my complaint on every possible platform to raise awareness about this matter.

The refund was processed to my credit card on the 3rd day.

I have same issue with SunExpress. Did you claim them to refund money back? I just made a call to support and they dont see any transaction or booking on their system.
