SunExpress Refused Compensation After Flight Delays Caused Me to Miss My Flights
Due to a delayed SunExpress flight, I had to purchase tickets from another airline to reach my destination. However, the delays caused me to miss both flights, leaving me stranded. When I requested a resolution or compensation, SunExpress rejected my request outright without any consideration for the circumstances.
I even explained that I was traveling for a funeral, but instead of providing assistance or showing understanding, the airline dismissed my concerns entirely. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve the issue is appalling.
If your flight is delayed, especially due to weather or similar circumstances, expect no help from SunExpress. I am deeply dissatisfied and demand that they take responsibility for the inconvenience and financial loss they caused. Customers deserve better treatment.
