My SunExpress Flight Delayed for Hours with No Communication

I’m writing this while waiting at the airport, feeling extremely frustrated. Our SunExpress flight scheduled for 09:00 was delayed by 3 hours just to accommodate a couple of passengers. We have been here since 7 AM, and the airline staff have been completely unresponsive, refusing to engage with us. It seems like their service ends once they’ve taken your money. Buying a ticket from them was a huge mistake; you’re better off paying ₺500 more for a better airline to avoid this nightmare. If not, you might end up like us—waiting for hours, losing your patience, and getting no explanations. Their lack of responsibility and customer care is astonishing.
