I purchased a ticket for a SunExpress flight and paid an additional fee to select a front-row seat, which was essential for my comfort due to health reasons. However, upon boarding, I was shocked to find that my seat had been reassigned to another passenger.

This situation forced me to travel in a seat that was not suitable for my health needs, completely disregarding the reason I chose and paid for the front-row seat in the first place. It is unacceptable that SunExpress ignored my selection and failed to provide the service I paid for.

I demand an immediate explanation and compensation for this issue. If my health had been negatively affected during the flight, the responsibility would have been entirely yours. Customer satisfaction and service reliability must be prioritized.
